Kapton tape 25m, 50mm is ideal for PCB masking and protection, electrical insulation and fixing in high temperature areas. The polyimide film with silicone adhesive withstands up to 260 C continuous and 300 C short term, has excellent heat and solvent resistance, minimal shrinkage after baking and removes cleanly.

Kapton tape 50mm wide and 25 meters long. This is a heat-resistant adhesive tape made of polyimide film with silicone adhesive, designed for high temperature applications and for electrical insulation.
It withstands temperatures up to 300 C in the short term and 260 C in the long term, has very good resistance to heat and solvents, and after baking has minimal shrinkage and removes cleanly.
It is ideal for masking and protecting circuit boards, etching processes, fiber optic cables, automotive applications such as sensors and manifolds, electrostatic painting at high temperatures, but also for semiconductor processes.
Kapton tape is also used in 3D printers in the printing tip assembly, precisely because of its high temperature resistance.

Use:
Clean and degrease the surface before application for maximum adhesion.
Apply the tape by pressing evenly, without creases, especially on edges or heated areas.
Use it for solder masking, PCB protection, temporary insulation and fixing in high temperature areas.
After exposure to heat, peel slowly for clean removal.
Avoid applying to wet or dusty surfaces as adhesion decreases.
