ESP32-C3 SuperMini development board, 3.3V, ideal for IoT applications and portable devices, based on the Espressif ESP32-C3 chip, which offers high performance thanks to its 32-bit RISC-V processor, capable of fast operations and calculations.
The board includes support for WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 5 (LE), providing excellent connectivity for wireless projects.
Its design is ultra-compact, weighing only 3 grams, with a single layer of surface-mount components (SMD), and the integrated antenna improves the wireless signal. The USB connection is Type-C (USB-C) and includes a voltage regulator to step it down from 5V via USB to 3.3V (the board's operating voltage).
It offers 11 digital pins that can be used as PWM and 4 analog pins compatible with ADC. It supports UART, I2C, and SPI interfaces, making it extremely versatile for various IoT applications.
In addition to low power consumption, the ESP32-C3 SuperMini includes advanced security features such as a hardware accelerator for AES-128/256 encryption, digital signatures, and Secure Boot, making it suitable for secure and efficient systems.

Usage:
The board can be powered with 5VDC through the USB-C connector or the 5V pin, but it is only compatible with 3.3V logic voltage, so do not use it with peripherals that exceed 3.3VDC.
Use Arduino IDE, ESP-IDF, or PlatformIO for development and programming the board. For Arduino IDE, add the following link in "Additional Boards":

From the list of available boards in Tools->Board, select ESP32 Arduino->ESP32C3 Dev Module.
Bootloader mode: To upload firmware, hold down the BOOT button while powering the board. Alternatively, you can select the Enable option in the Tools->USB CDC on Boot menu, which allows code upload without entering the bootloader manually.
The GPIO8 LED indicates the board status. Use UART for debugging.
Very Important! When connecting, if the Boot button is not held down, the board enters a reset loop. Hold BOOT while connecting, select the port and board, then upload the code.
On first use, the board is in a reset loop because it uses native USB CDC, without an FTDI or CH340 chip. After uploading, once firmware is present on the board, this is no longer an issue. If the code does not upload, select the Enable option in the Tools->USB CDC on Boot menu.
The board uses a low-power SMD antenna, which limits signal strength. Consider another option with an external antenna if you want a greater WiFi range.
WiFi issue:
Some batches may have the antenna soldered too close to the processor and oscillator, which can lead to intermittent WiFi operation. This can be fixed by resoldering the antenna 1 mm farther away.
