The CY-15A transfer unit is designed to facilitate the movement and positioning of loads with precision and minimal effort, in any direction.
It is made of durable carbon steel, with a heavy-duty steel load ball, which ensures smooth and quiet operation even in high-precision applications. The units are ready to install and are suitable for use in clean rooms only, given that the running surface also ensures movement.
It features a 360° rotating mounting plate attached to a dual wheel system with individual support bearings, guaranteeing a smooth and durable glide. The ball support cup is hardened and zinc plated, providing corrosion resistance and extended service life.

Secure the CY-15A unit to flat surfaces using standard screws through the two mounting holes. It is recommended for workbenches, conveyors, handling platforms, mobile shelving or industrial furniture. Ensure a clean surface under the ball to prevent jamming and maintain smooth rotation. Periodically check the mounting and clean the contact surface to extend the service life.
