Power SMD LED, CXA1304C, COB type from the Cree XLamp CXA1304 family, designed for compact luminaires that require good luminous flux and high efficiency in an easy-to-integrate format. It has a uniform emitting surface of approximately 6 mm, a wide illumination angle of approximately 115 degrees and is suitable for both directional and non-directional applications, from lamp retrofit to downlight and commercial lighting.
The diode also allows connection on the top side.

Use:
Mount the COB on an aluminum heatsink, with thermal paste or thermal pad, without air gaps between the surfaces.
Use a 36V compatible constant current driver, do not power directly from the fixed voltage source.
Choose the current so that the power remains between 3 and 7 W, the power is calculated as P = V x I.
At 36 V, the recommended currents are approximately 80 mA for 3 W and 200 mA for 7 W, fine-tuned depending on the driver and temperature.
After starting, check the radiator temperature, if it heats up quickly, increase the radiator or reduce the current.
If you use a reflector or lens, optically center it on the COB and fix it mechanically without pressing directly on the emitting surface.
