For companies from the European Union, other than those from Romania, that want invoicing with 0% VAT, it is necessary to create a new B2B account.
The standard customer account is not sufficient to enable the intra-community invoicing regime without VAT.
How to create the B2B account
You have two options:
1. Direct access to the B2B registration page:

2. From the login page:
on the login page, click the Create B2B account button.
Important
- The B2B account must be created as a new account, separate from any existing standard account.
- The 0% VAT invoicing regime applies only to legal entities from the European Union, other than Romania.
- The company details must be filled in correctly in the registration form.
- The activation of the B2B account and the application of the 0% VAT regime are done after our team verifies the data.
After registration
After the B2B account is created, it will be verified and configured for intra-community invoicing without VAT, if it meets the necessary conditions.
To avoid invoicing errors, please do not place the order from a standard account if you want the invoice issued with 0% VAT.
