DC current detection module with relay, with a detection range of 0~10A and an accuracy of 0.01A. It has an error calibration function and can reduce power consumption by turning off the display. The standby current is about 20mA. It has an output relay that can control the closing or opening of the DC line within the limits of 5A, which means that the module has a built-in relay that can switch a direct current (DC) line. This relay can activate (close the circuit to allow current to pass) or deactivate (open the circuit to stop current to pass) an electrical load on this line, with a switching capacity of up to 5 amps, meaning that it can handle devices or components that consume up to 5 amps without damaging the module or relay.

Specifications:

Supply voltage: 12VDC

Detected current: 0 - 10A

Quiescent current: 20mA

Relay current: Up to 5A, DC current

Configuration instructions:

When turned on, it displays the measured current.

The first press of the K1 button lasts over a second to prevent false triggering and displays the adjustment mode.

Repeated presses allow setting the current thresholds I1 and I2.

In standby mode, buttons K2 or K3 allow the error of the measured current to be cleared.

Function description:

P-11: The relay activates when the measured current is greater than I1 and deactivates when it falls below I1.

P-12: The relay remains activated as long as the power is connected, if the current exceeds I1.

P-21 and P-22: Similar, with activation/deactivation at I2 and I1, with the mention that in P-22 the relay remains activated.

P-31 and P-32: The relay activates when the current is below I1 and deactivates or remains activated, respectively, depending on the variation of the current compared to I2.

P-41 and P-42: Activates the relay when the current is between I1 and I2.

P-51 and P-52: Handles cases when the current is below I1 or above I2 to activate/deactivate the relay.
