The Mini DC motor Driver module, with PWM, with 2.5A double channel, compatible with Arduino and other development boards, allows the control of DC motors up to 10VDC. The module is a double H-Bridge, which can control two DC motors or a stepper motor with 4 wires and 2 phases, with the possibility to adjust the direction and speed of rotation. The module works on a supply voltage range between 2V and 10V and is optimized to reduce energy consumption and the risk of overheating, without requiring a radiator.

It uses the L298N IC, capable of supporting a current of 2.5A per channel.

The module has a thermal protection circuit with hysteresis effect, providing safety in the event of the motor blocking.

the module has a small size, low weight and standby consumption of 0, without requiring standby current.

Use:

Observe the polarity of the supply voltage to avoid damage to the circuit.

Avoid short circuits to the ground and blocking of the motor. Although the module is thermally protected, at voltages close to or higher than 10V and peak currents above 2.5A, there is a risk of burning the circuit.

Connecting the wrong polarity can cause irreparable damage.

In cases of high voltage and high peak current, motor blocking can damage the chip, even with active thermal protection.
