This module integrates a complete USB 2.0 full-speed controller, a USB transceiver oscillator and 8 configurable GPI0 pins, providing a high degree of customization. Thanks to the simple GUI interface, configuration and customization can be done without the need to develop complex firmware or drivers, which allows for a fast USB connection with minimal development effort.
The CP2112 controller provides a complete and integrated solution for connecting USB devices to SMBus, powered by the USB bus with a voltage range of 4.0 to 5.25V. It operates efficiently over a wide temperature range, from -40°C to 85°C, making it ideal for various operating environments. It features an integrated reset circuit and an internal 3.45V voltage regulator, ensuring stability and performance.
With a 512-byte SMBus buffer and 7-bit configurable slave addresses, the CP2112 enables efficient data storage and management. It also supports USB suspend for power saving and offers 8 configurable GPIO pins for multiple input and output options.
