> The levitation coil (ref. 22053) has 100 turns of 0.3 mm copper wire, compact dimensions of 19 x 12 mm and a 7.5 x 12 mm core with M3 thread for mounting. When supplied with current, it becomes an electromagnet capable of attracting or repelling permanent magnets. It is used together with an Arduino board, an H-bridge and permanent magnets in levitation projects.

When a current passes through the coil, it produces a magnetic field (it becomes an electromagnet) that can attract or repel other permanent magnets.
It can be used in combination with an Arduino development board, an H-bridge, and permanent magnets for levitation-type projects.
