## Description

Precise temperature control in two independent zones, ideal for heating or cooling in industrial and hobby applications. Dual red and blue LED display for quick reading, two included waterproof NTC 10K sensors, wide range from -50 to 120C with resolution 0.1C. Two 10A relays at 220VAC for direct control of heaters, fans, or pumps, with setting memory and configurable startup delay.
The XK-W1088 dual digital thermostat combines two completely independent temperature control channels in a single housing, each with an NTC 10K sensor, LED display, and a direct 10 A relay output. It is suitable for heating or cooling applications such as aquariums, incubators, greenhouses, farms, or cold rooms, and can directly control heating elements, fans, pumps, or other loads powered at the same voltage as the module.
Each channel measures temperature with a sealed NTC 10K sensor over a range from -50 °C to 120 °C, with an accuracy of ±1 °C and a resolution of 0.1 °C. The operating mode, heating or cooling, is automatically detected from the relationship between the start and stop temperatures. For each channel, you can configure a start delay from 0 to 60 minutes, high and low temperature alarms, and sensor reading correction. Settings are stored in non-volatile memory and remain valid after power loss.
Among the main features are the red LED display for channel 1 and the blue one for channel 2, the OUT1 and OUT2 operating indicators, one pair of UP / DOWN buttons for each channel, two sealed NTC 10K sensors with a cable of approximately 1 m, and a housing with mounting ears. Power supply is 110 - 220 VAC, and the outputs are direct, meaning the same voltage as the input appears on the active output.

Use:
Warning: the module operates at 220 VAC mains voltage, which is dangerous and can cause severe electric shock or death. Connections must only be made with the product disconnected from the mains, by a qualified person.
The housing is common for the 12 V, 24 V, and 220 VAC versions, and the internal version is indicated by a check mark made with a marker on the housing. Check the mark before applying mains voltage.
Power the module from the 220 VAC mains through the red and black wires, and connect the loads between the yellow output wires and the black wires, according to the wiring example. Check with a multimeter, with the module disconnected, which black wire corresponds to each output.
Use insulated connectors and install the module in a closed enclosure so that no live parts are accessible. Connect the protective earth wire (green-yellow) to loads with a metal housing.
Do not exceed 10 A per channel and, for continuous operation, stay at 5 A or less. For larger loads, use a contactor.
Place each channel sensor in the area whose temperature you want to control. The sensors are sealed, but the module itself must be protected from water and condensation.
To set the start temperature, briefly press the UP button of the respective channel, then hold it for 3 seconds until the digits flash and adjust the value with UP / DOWN.
To set the stop temperature, briefly press the DOWN button of the respective channel, then hold it for 3 seconds until the digits flash and adjust the value with UP / DOWN.
Select the operating mode through the relationship between the two thresholds. If the start temperature is lower than the stop temperature, the channel operates in heating mode, and if it is higher, the channel operates in cooling mode.
For delays and alarms, press UP1 and UP2 simultaneously for 3 seconds, and P0 will appear on the display. Navigate between parameters with UP1 and adjust the values with UP2 / DOWN2, according to the table above. To exit the menu, wait a few seconds without pressing any button.
If a sensor shows a value slightly different from a reference thermometer, press UP and DOWN of the respective channel simultaneously for 3 seconds. The display will show 0.0, and the correction value can be adjusted with UP / DOWN.
To restore factory settings, with the module powered, press DOWN1 and DOWN2 simultaneously for 3 seconds. The display will show 888, then the module will enter normal operation.
