## Description

3000W DC-DC buck-boost converter for automatic voltage increase or decrease, ideal for charging Li-Ion batteries and powering automotive, solar or industrial equipment. Offers precise CC/CV regulation, current up to 50A, efficiency up to 98.7% and integrated overcurrent, overvoltage and overheating protections, with passive cooling or optional fan.
The automatic power supply module, BKT60V50A, is a high-performance DC-DC buck-boost power supply, capable of raising or lowering the voltage according to needs.
It has a maximum power of 3000W and an adjustable current of up to 50A, making this module ideal for charging Li-Ion batteries, powering industrial equipment, solar, automotive or DIY systems.
The robust construction and efficiency of over 98% ensure stable operation and efficient heat dissipation.
The module offers precise voltage and current regulation (CC/CV), complete protection against overheating, short circuit, overvoltage and overcurrent, as well as automatic shutdown and controlled start (EN/ACC) function.
It is also equipped with a heatsink and supports the addition of a thermally controlled 12VDC fan for continuous operation at high loads.
Do not test the module with small laboratory power supplies (3A/5A) or electronic loads in DC mode.

Pinout:
PCB marking | Function | Detailed description
WIN+ | Positive power input | Connects input voltage (9–58 V DC). Does not accept alternating current (AC). Be careful of polarity – reversing may damage the board.
GND | Common table (entry/exit) | Negative common pole for power and output. Must be connected firmly for stable operation.
VO+ | Adjustable positive output | Adjustable output between 3 V and 56 V (depending on setting). Polarity must be respected.
RX1 | Output voltage adjustment | 25-turn potentiometer; rotate clockwise to increase output voltage (2.4 – 56 V).
X2 | Output current setting | 25-turn potentiometer; adjusts the current limit (5 – 59 A). Clockwise = higher current.
RX3 | Input tracking voltage adjustment | Range 9.5–56 V. Used for sources with automatic tracking (e.g. solar panels, fuel cells). Clockwise → higher tracking voltage.
P1-1 | External current control | Analog signal 0.26–1.25 V corresponding to 6–59 A. Requires input signal > 1 mA.
P1-2 | EN (Enable) input | When connected to GND → the power supply stops completely (including the auxiliary board). Recommended for external controlled shutdown.
P1-3 | GND control signal | Ground for external control signals (P1-1 / P1-2).
P2 | 12 V fan connector (optional) | Automatically activates the fan at 50–55 °C. Max. current. 0.3 A. Requires auxiliary power board.
P3 | ACC (auto control) start | 5–28 V for on/off control. A+ and A– for optocoupler control.
P4 (1-4) | Voltage/current display connector | An external voltmeter/ammeter or optional display module can be connected.
P5 | External voltage control | Signal 0–2 V → output voltage 0–56 V (proportional). Recommended for microcontroller control.
P6 | Auxiliary board power supply | 14V input required for fan and display when connected.
LED1 | Input voltage tracking indicator | On = activate input voltage tracking function (tracking mode).
LED2 | Power/work indicator | On = the module is active and properly powered.
Use:
Connect the polarities correctly: VIN+, VO+, GND.
Adjust the desired voltage with the RX1 potentiometer.
Adjust the maximum output current with RX2.
Turns on the fan if you exceed 10W load.
Do not test the module with small laboratory power supplies (3A/5A) or electronic loads in DC mode.
