## Description

Plastic knob cap for potentiometers with 6mm shaft, ideal for quick and precise adjustments on electronic equipment and control panels. It has compact dimensions of 15x17mm, offers comfortable grip and good control when turning, the red color ensures high visibility and easy identification of the control.
The plastic rotary knob cap is mounted on the shafts of potentiometers and other rotary components with a 6 mm shaft, providing a comfortable grip for manual adjustment. It is suitable for volume, brightness, speed, or voltage adjustments, for control panels, amplifiers, laboratory power supplies, audio equipment, and DIY projects.
The cap has a diameter of 15 mm and a height of 17 mm, is made of plastic, and has a 6 mm mounting hole. The body has a knurled surface, which provides a good grip when turning, and the top has a colored marker that shows the adjustment position. The color of this model is red.
The cap is compatible with potentiometers, long-shaft trimmers, and rotary encoders that have a 6 mm shaft, regardless of the electronic platform on which the adjustment is used (Arduino, ESP32, STM32, or classic analog circuits).
Specifications:
Material: Plastic
Compatible shaft diameter: 6 mm
Color: Red
Dimensions: 15 x 17 mm
Usage:
Check that the potentiometer shaft has a diameter of 6 mm and that there are no components or panels that would block the cap from turning.
Turn the potentiometer shaft to the desired position before mounting, for example to minimum, so that the cap marker matches the scale on the panel.
Place the cap onto the shaft, aligned with the shaft, and press evenly until it reaches the desired position.
Leave a small gap between the base of the cap and the panel so they do not rub during turning.
Do not force the cap sideways and do not apply impacts, to avoid damaging the shaft or the potentiometer housing.
To remove it, pull the cap straight up without forcing it to rotate, to protect the potentiometer.
