## Description

PBS-110 momentary push button, ideal for quick commands in panels and electronic equipment, mounts in a 7mm hole and secures with the included nut. Normally Open 1NO contact, non-latching action, 2-pin terminals, supports up to 250VAC 1A. Red metal head, button diameter 7mm.
The PBS-110 button is a momentary panel push button, with a metal body and a red colored cap, which closes a circuit only while it is pressed. It has a Normally Open contact (1NO), so it is suitable for short-duration commands and pulse-type signals, such as resets, momentary start, confirmations, or controlling relays and control modules. It is used in control panels, electronic equipment enclosures, automation projects, and laboratory devices.
The contact is of the SPST type with momentary action, meaning it automatically returns to the open position when the button is released. For switching loads, voltages of up to 250 VAC at 1 A, respectively 125 VAC at 3 A, are indicated. The button is mounted in a hole with a diameter of 7 mm and is secured with the nut included in the package.
Among the main features are the metal body, the mounting nut for panel installation, the 2 solder terminals, and the red cap that is easy to identify on the panel. The product is a passive contact, so it does not require its own power supply.
Being a potential-free contact, the button can be connected to a digital input of Arduino, ESP32, STM32, or Raspberry Pi boards, using an internal or external pull-up or pull-down resistor, and it can directly control low-current circuits.

Function
Terminal 1
1
Switch contact, connected to the controlled circuit. No polarity.
Terminal 2
2
Switch contact, closes with terminal 1 while the button is pressed. No polarity.
Usage:
Drill a hole with a diameter of 7 mm in the panel or enclosure, insert the button through the hole, and secure it with the included nut, without forcing the thread.
Solder the connection wires to the 2 terminals, using suitable solder and a short soldering time, so as not to damage the button body.
Connect one terminal to the controlled circuit and the other to the signal or switching voltage, since the terminals are equivalent and have no polarity.
To connect it to a development board, connect one terminal to a digital input and the other to GND, then enable the internal pull-up resistor or install an external one, and the input will read a low logic level while the button is pressed.
Do not exceed 250 VAC at 1 A or 125 VAC at 3 A, and for long-term operation it is recommended to use the button at no more than 50% of the maximum values.
If switching mains voltage, mount the button in an insulated enclosure, disconnect the equipment from the mains before making the connections, and leave the work in the care of a qualified person.
For inductive loads or higher currents, control the load through a relay or transistor, and let the button control only the relay coil or the transistor base.
