## Description

6S LiPo battery balance connector, with 7-pin XH2.54 plug and 10cm 22AWG silicone cable, ideal for connecting wires directly to the cells according to the battery configuration. Provides secure connection and compatibility with most balance chargers that use this type of connector, and the flexible wires make it easy to install in tight spaces.
The 6S balance connector is a ready-made cable with a 7-pin XH connector and 7 siliconized wires, intended for connecting a lithium battery with 6 cells in series to a balance charger, a monitoring module, or a protection board. The 7 wires carry the voltage of the negative terminal, each cell connection, and the positive terminal, allowing measurement and balancing of the 6 individual cells. It is suitable for LiPo and Li-ion 6S batteries used in RC applications, drones, small electric vehicles, tools, and custom-built battery packs.
The connector is of XH type, with 7 positions in a single row, with the pitch commonly known in commerce as XH2.54. The wires are 22AWG, with flexible silicone insulation, and have a length of 10 cm. The wire ends are stripped and tinned for direct soldering onto the battery pack or protection board. The colors are kept as with standard balance connectors, with one red wire and 6 black wires.
Among the main features are the polarized XH housing with 7 positions, which prevents reverse insertion, the flexible silicone wires, resistant to soldering heat, and the short 10 cm length, useful in compact packs. The connector has no own power supply, since the voltage comes directly from the battery.
The connector is compatible with most balance chargers, adapters, and balance boards that use a 7-pin XH connector for the 6S configuration.

Usage:
Disconnect the battery from any charger or load before working on the wires, and insulate the free ends separately to avoid short circuits between them.
Identify the negative terminal of the pack and connect the black wire from pin 1 of the connector to it, then connect the remaining wires in order to the cell connection points, and the red wire from pin 7 to the positive terminal of the pack.
Observe the polarity and wire order, as incorrect connection may damage the cells, charger, or protection board.
After soldering, check with a multimeter the voltage between the wire from pin 1 and each subsequent wire, and the value should increase in equal steps corresponding to one cell voltage, from approximately 3.0 V to 4.2 V per cell for lithium batteries.
Insulate the solder joints with heat-shrink tubing and avoid stressing the wires at the soldering area.
Connect the connector to the 7-pin balance port of the charger, in the 6S position, taking into account the housing polarity key.
Do not use the balance wires for high charging or discharging currents, as they are intended only for cell measurement and balancing, while the main current passes through the battery power connector.
Do not leave the battery unattended while charging and use a balance charger compatible with the cell type of the pack.
