## Description

Balance connector for 2S lithium packs, ideal for connecting to XH compatible balance chargers. Includes 3-pin XH2.54 plug and 10cm 22AWG silicone cable, easy to route and solder to cells, ensures stable connection and correct voltage reading on each element.
The balance connector for lithium batteries in a 2S configuration is an XH2.54 connector with 3 pins, supplied with pre-installed wires. It is used to connect a 2-cell pack to a balance charger or to a protection and balancing module (BMS), through the three measurement points of the pack: the negative terminal, the midpoint between the cells, and the positive terminal. It is suitable for applications with Li-ion or LiPo batteries, for example in model making, drones, custom batteries, and projects powered by 2 cells in series.
The connector has an XH-family pitch, with a white plastic housing and 3 positions for contacts. The cable is 22AWG type, with silicone insulation, which remains flexible and withstands heat from soldering well. The three wires are 10 cm long and have stripped ends, ready to be soldered to the battery terminals or to a BMS board.
Among the main features are the 3-pin XH housing, the colored wires for polarity identification (one red wire and two black wires), the flexible silicone-insulated cable, and the stripped free ends for soldering. The connector has no power of its own; it only connects the battery cells to the charging or protection equipment.
The connector is compatible with most balance chargers and modules that use the 3-pin XH connector for 2S batteries. Before connecting, make sure the pin order on the equipment matches the wire order of the connector.

Use:
Identify the terminals of the two cells on the battery and measure the voltages between them with a multimeter before soldering any wire.
Solder the red wire to the positive terminal of the pack, the black wire at the end to the negative terminal of the pack, and the black wire in the middle to the connection point between the two cells, according to the battery specifications.
Solder and insulate one wire at a time to avoid short-circuiting the cells, and do not leave the stripped ends touching each other.
Check the polarity and voltage at the connector with a multimeter before inserting it into the charger or protection module. For a 2S pack, the total voltage is approximately 7.4 V nominal and at most 8.4 V when fully charged.
Make sure the pin order on the charger matches the wire order of the connector, as a reversed connector can damage the equipment or the battery.
Do not use the balance connector for high discharge or charge currents, and do not exceed 3 A through the connector.
For stable results, keep the wires as short as possible, secure them near the pack, and protect the soldered areas with heat-shrink tubing.
