## Description

Set of male and female XT60 connectors with a 10 cm cable, ideal for quick and secure connections in RC applications, batteries, and power supplies. 14AWG pre-tinned wires, tinned ends, and heat shrink tubing installed for a clean installation. Supports up to 60A and withstands soldering temperatures up to 260 degrees C.
The XT60 connector pair, with one male and one female connector, comes with wires already soldered, making it ready for quick and secure connection of LiPo batteries, ESC controllers, motors, and other high-current DC loads. It is suitable for drones, RC cars and planes, model boats, chargers, power supplies, and DIY projects that need an easily disconnectable power connection.
XT60 connectors have two banana-style contacts with a 7.2 mm pitch, and the housing shape is asymmetrical and does not allow reverse-polarity mating. The cable has a 14 AWG cross-section and a length of 10 cm, and the stated maximum current for the pair is 60 A. The wire ends are already tinned, so they can be soldered directly to a battery, distribution board, or other circuit without additional preparation.
Among the main features are the rigid yellow plastic housing, gold metal contacts, red and black wires for easy polarity identification, and the heat-shrink tubing already mounted at the junction between the connector and the cable, which protects the solder joint and provides better strain relief for the wire. The product is a passive connector and does not require its own power supply.

Usage:
Identify the polarity before connecting, with the red wire for positive (+) and the black wire for negative (-).
Solder the tinned ends of the wires to the battery terminals, the controller, or the distribution board, following the colors and polarity.
Check that the solder joints are clean and well made, and that the wires do not touch each other, then insulate any exposed area with heat-shrink tubing.
Mount the female connector on the side that remains live when disconnected, for example on the battery, to avoid accidental short circuits between exposed contacts.
Connect the plugs by pressing firmly until they are fully inserted, without forcing them, since the housing shape allows only one mating position.
Do not connect or disconnect the plugs under heavy load, to avoid sparks and wear on the contacts.
Do not exceed the maximum current of the connector and cable, and for continuous operation at high currents check the heating of the connection.
Disconnect the plugs by pulling on the housings, not the wires.
