It pushes the syringe plunger by operating the lever, so the material is applied in a controlled way onto the board, pads, or components. It is suitable for phone and circuit board repairs, SMD soldering, BGA reballing, and laboratory work, where a small and uniform amount of material matters.

Use:
Prepare the flux or solder paste syringe and remove the protective cap from its end.
Attach the appropriate dispensing tip to the syringe, 0.8 mm for small amounts and precise applications, or 1.2 mm for larger amounts.
Lift the locking ratchet and pull the gun rod back far enough to make room for the syringe.
Place the syringe in the gun, with the plunger end aligned with the slot in the body, then push the rod until it touches the syringe plunger.
Choose a comfortable working position and slowly press the lever to dispense the material, and for a small amount press briefly and stop.
Do not force the lever if the material does not come out; check whether the tip is clogged and clean or replace it.
After use, put the cap back on the syringe and store the spare tip in the slot in the gun so it does not get lost.
For stable results, use slow and even presses, and for denser fluxes or pastes choose the 1.2 mm tip.
