Careful! It is not a power resistor. The supported current is quite small. The maximum recommended power is 0.5W.
The adjustment is done in decades, using multipliers. Each selector controls one decimal place of the desired value.

It is desired to set the resistance to the value of 7351 Ohms. Set the multiplier x1000 in position 7, x100 in position 3, x10 in position 5, x1 in position 1.
