Half-bridge driver for fast control of power MOSFETs and IGBTs, ideal for converters and inverters. Supports CMOS LSTTL logic inputs at 3.3V and 5V, floating high-side channel allows driving up to 600V, 10-20V gate-drive for firm switching, includes undervoltage protection on both channels. DIP-8 format with 2.54mm.
High power and speed MOSFET and IGBT driver, IR2184. The input logic voltage is compatible with CMOS and LSTTL output standards, up to 3.3V logic.
The floating channel can be used to activate an N-channel MOSFET or high power IGBT configuration up to 600V.
