Current control and protection module for DC (Brushed) motors, which ensures complete protection of 12VDC brushed DC motors against overload, excessive currents and short circuits. The equipment combines reliability with advanced functionality, being ideal for industrial applications, automation or DIY projects.
It has the ability to control the direction of the motor (forward/reverse) and two selectable operating modes (non-locking and self-locking), this module being the optimal solution for a safe and precise management of DC motors.
The module supports a MAXIMUM current IN SHORT PEAKS UP TO 10A, BUT NOT MORE THAN 3A IN CONTINUOUS USE!
The module is supplied with a housing (97 x 50 x 32 mm) with a mounting bracket on the rail. The integrated LED indicator facilitates monitoring the operation in real time, and the adjustment of the protection current between 0.2A and 10A (through the integrated potentiometer) offers flexibility for various applications. Its own consumption is low (40mA, excluding the motor), it is an efficient choice for motor protection.
Direction control can be configured via buttons or Microcontroller.

Use:
Connect the module terminals according to the specifications:
M+ and M- for the motor connection.
VCC (+) and GND (-) for power supply.
FWD and REV pins for motor direction control.
Select the desired working mode (Momentary/Self-locking) using the MODE jumper.
Use the ADJ potentiometer to set the protection current limit between 0.2A and 10A, depending on the application requirements.
In case of overload, the OL signal indicates the activation of the protection.
