400W DC brushless motor controller with Hall sensors, model ZS-X11H V1, for precise control of brushless electric motors. This module supports a wide range of input voltages, from 6V to 60V, and can handle a current of up to 20A peak, making it ideal for robust and varied applications.
Equipped with inputs for external signals and an integrated potentiometer for speed regulation, the controller offers flexibility and high control in motor operation. With overcurrent protection functions and the ability to manage forward, reverse and braking functions, it ensures safety and efficiency in use.
Specifications:
Model: ZS-X11H V1
Operating Voltage: 6-60V
Maximum Current: 16A (nominal), 20A (peak)
Maximum power: 400W
Overcurrent Protection: Yes
Dimensions: 63 x 45 x 31 mm
Use:
Checking and Connecting: Make sure the motor and controller interfaces match. The brushless motor must have three phase lines and five Hall lines.
Connect the motor phase lines (MA, MB, MC) to the controller.
Connect the Hall lines of the motor to the corresponding ports on the controller (Ha, Hb, Hc).
Connect external signal sources according to your needs:
PWM for speed control (2.5-5V, 50Hz-20kHz).
Analog for speed control (0-5V).
External switches for steering and braking control.
Initial Testing:
At first commissioning, use low voltage and low current to check connections and correct operation.
Change the sequence of the Hall lines if the motor does not work properly, until you get optimal operation.
Daily use:
Monitor operation to detect any unusual behavior.
Do not exceed the specified voltage and current parameters to avoid damage to the controller or motor.
Precautions:
Circuit Protection: It is recommended to add a fuse on the power circuit.
Power Supply Polarity: Reversing the polarity can cause irreversible damage. Check the connections before powering up.
Initial Testing: Start testing with low voltages and currents to prevent any risk of damage before operating at full capacity.
